Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Have protective plastic still intact

  • Show no signs of use (including dirt, marks, odor, or latex wear)

  • Be returned in original packaging

Important: Any gloves that show signs of use will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be approved before shipping.

Please email info@axiongk.com with your order number to request authorization.

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable

 

Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Replacement items will be shipped after inspection and approval

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will cover return shipping and resolve the issue.

 

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to process.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used gloves

  • Items without protective film

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Returns sent without authorization
